Survivor Resources

  Welcome to the Survivor Resources section of Safe Haven. This section is for male and female survivors of sexual abuse and/or rape. We aim to give support and advice to those on the path to healing, and also to loved ones of survivors. We include personal stories, poetry, and tips and advice on coping day-to-day.

This site is run by Kaz and Patrick. We are both survivors. You can learn more about us by following the About Us link above.

For ease of navigation, articles are in three sections. Help in Healing contains articles relating to the healing process, effects of abuse, and advice and support in moving on. General Info has statistics, facts, an article on FMS and our links to related sites. Personal Accounts contains survivor stories and unsent letters. Some of the content in this latter section, whilst not graphic, may be triggering, so please stay safe while using Safe Haven.
