Safe Haven Awards

Safe Haven Awards has now closed.

Various factors have made it very hard for me to keep this award program open, but the main problem has been my lack of time. Not wishing to give applicants anything less than a full service, I have chosen instead to remove the program. The winners' lists will remain and a brief history is below for those who keep track of such things ;-)
